The very spacious and tastefully furnished 3 bedroomed accommodation has the benefit of fully tiled floors, an open log fire, central heating for winter guests, some double aspect rooms and views of the local mountain scenery from every window.

The terraced garden area has its own furniture, barbeque and car parking - shaded by Pine, Sweet Chestnut, Hazlenut, Magnolia, Cherry and Fig trees.

There is parking for two cars.

The guest’s independent entrance leads to a full width balcony with bistro table and chairs.

Double doors to balcony with sun canopy - Fully equipped for 6+ people with 6 hob cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board and other kitchen appliances. Open log fire (logs included)

Further laundry facilities can be made available on request.

Sitting Room
Double doors to balcony - Lovely double aspect room overlooking the river. Double sofa bed, large sofa and country pine furniture.

DVD/VCR/radio with a good selection of Videos/CD’s books and games available.

Bedroom 1
Large double aspect room with river view. King size double bed and matching suite of furniture. Ample space for cot/cot bed.

Bedroom 2
A very spacious twin bedded room with a suite of pine furniture. Ample space for cot/cot bed.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom with a three-quarter width double bed and wardrobe unit.

Central hallway
with steps leading to the fully fitted Bathroom - Bath with shower, WC, bidet and handbasin. Hairdryer supplied.

A cot and high chair can be made available

All bed linen and towels for use in the house are supplied and changed weekly.
